We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing practical support and encouragement to adults with mental health needs, substance misuse, and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and encouragement to individuals
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication
  • Supporting individuals to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement care plans

Requirements:

  • Qualified to SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care (desirable)
  • Minimum 12 months experience working in a care setting (desirable)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
