We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at North Cotswold Minor Injury & Illness Unit. The successful candidate will have recent experience in an MIiU / ED or acute clinical environment, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Manchester Triage and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Triage patients using Manchester Triage and maintain the safety of patients waiting to be assessed
- Work alongside Emergency Practitioners to deliver evidence-based clinical care
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients
- Contribute to the development of the unit's clinical quality standards
- RGN with current NMC registration or paramedic with current registration
- Relevant clinical experience, including that gained as a student nurse / Health Care Assistant
- Willingness to undertake additional training as required
- Evidence of ongoing development
£28,407 to £34,581 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Fixed term
Duration: 6 months
Working pattern: Part-time
