About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Heath Farm School. As a member of our close-knit team, you will support our teachers in delivering high-quality education to students with varied and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs.
  • Preparing classrooms and materials to ensure a stimulating learning environment.
  • Fostering positive relationships with students, promoting interaction and learning.

Requirements

  • GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
  • Calm and engaging demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Resilience and motivation to help students reach their full potential.
