Personalised Education Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Heath Farm School. As a key member of our team, you will support our teachers in delivering high-quality education to students with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Prepare classrooms and materials to ensure a stimulating learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with students to promote interaction and learning.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Hold GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
- Demonstrate calm and engaging demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
- Show ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrate resilience and motivation to help students reach their full potential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary of £28,500 per annum, depending on experience.
