Our Learning and Development Team:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our award-winning team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-performing team of passionate L&D experts, design and deliver great learning solutions, and collaborate with our brilliant consultants.

You will do this by building close relationships with our leaders and business units, proactively looking for opportunities to add value through learning. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively leading new learning initiatives to support our L&D strategy and consultant performance, from concept and needs analysis through to delivery and evaluation of the impact of learning.
  • Building strong relationships across the organization, operating as a trusted learning advisor and guide.
  • Bringing L&D team members and external providers together to create and deploy engaging learning solutions, while being hands-on with the design.
  • Owning the performance of your learning solutions, continuously improving them to be even better.

Your Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with a track record of designing and delivering excellent blended learning experiences, including virtual, face-to-face classroom, and digital. You should have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to adapt your approach to meet the needs of different learners.
