We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Celltrion Healthcare UK Ltd.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our CTHC Biosimilar and Biologic product range in North England. This is a field-based role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills to develop and implement business plans and strategies for identified key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies for identified key accounts
- Work with and influence external stakeholders, including HCPs, Pharmacists, and Budget Holders, to drive sales and profit of CTHC brands
- Collaborate with medical, marketing, and management teams to develop and implement strategies to secure and grow business in all key accounts
- Work to set call rate guidelines and associated activity reporting via the CTHC CRM system
- Achieve targeted sales for all products as directed by management
Requirements:
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical/Healthcare sales
- Ideal experience in Biosimilars and/or Biologics sales
- Clinical/technical background in pharmaceutical or equivalent
- Account Management
- Business Planning
