Job Title: Special Education Needs Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Educator to join our team as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) teacher. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed to ensure each child's success.

- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support a holistic approach to education.

- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to school initiatives aimed at improving the overall quality of education.

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with ASD, is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies and individualized support.

- A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach to teaching.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
