About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our business forward in the infrared quantum technology space. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving technical sales and supporting clients in integrating, validating, and launching new products.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Technical Sales: Drive technical sales and provide technical guidance, product education, and after-sales support to clients.
  • Account Management: Manage accounts, create precise client quotations, and lead product training sessions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering tailored solutions and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Events: Represent the company at industry events and promote its cutting-edge technology.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Master's degree in nanomaterials, semiconductor materials, physics, EE, or related field; PhD preferred.
  • 2+ years of technical sales and project management experience in IP-driven tech.
  • Strong connections and knowledge in the semiconductor and electronics industries.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
