pbJob Description:/bbrbr* The Senior Bridging Lending Specialist is responsible for secured property bridging lending within Aimee Willow Connex Ltd. This involves developing and utilizing current professional networks to identify bridging lending opportunities for the company to consider.brbrb* This will cover:/bbrbr/polliResidential properties (not occupied by the borrower or a member of their family, unless taken as 1st Charge, third party security or 2nd Charge)./liliCommercial properties./li/olbDuties:/bulliIdentifying commercial bridging lending opportunities for the company to consider in line with the current lending policy and interest rate banding./liliTake responsibility for each lending opportunity and progress through the business to deal completion, ongoing monitoring, and successful exit./liliInstruct solicitors and valuers with the support of the Loan Managers, following the company's established procedures and agree fixed price agreements and timescales with all professional advisors./liliCoordinate the progress of each transaction throughout its lifecycle with the company./liliDevelop the credit paper and Executive Summary for presentation to the Board of Directors, illustrating the risks and merits to each transaction./liliTake responsibility for monitoring of clients' and loans to ensure the company reduces its lending risk by looking for early signs of distress./liliWhere loans are serviced, check each month/week with the Accounts team to ensure payments are received./liliEnsure customers adhere to conditions subsequent as set out in the loan agreements./liliFollow all of the company's practices and procedures./liliHelp customers where required to source exit finance./liliDevelop and agree marketing strategies with the Board of Directors in support of efforts to identify new lending opportunities./liliArrange and host client hospitality days and other opportunities to maintain regular engagement with clients./liliPresent opportunities to the Board of Directors and progress through the business following established lending procedures./liliVisit clients, brokers, land agents, and advisers at their premises to develop a professional relationship with a view to receiving bridging lending opportunities./li/ul
