The Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising function, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the right amount of stock is available at the right time to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability.
  • Support with placing and tracking orders with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update systems accordingly.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Compile reports and provide administrative support to the merchandising team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve stock-related issues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
