The role will be based at the company’s Head Office in Cheshire and hybrid working is in place, working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Assistant Merchandiser’s to manage external partners’ accounts. Assisting with product set-up, managing deliveries and tracking newness online.
- Completing new product set-up by using partner-specific templates. Collecting product information from all internal teams and working closely with eCommerce team to manage set-up information and images needed to complete all external product set ups.
- Creating and uploading a pick list for replenishment lines, in addition to planned new-in styles.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key account holders to ensure smooth running of each partner.
- Communication with key teams, enabling them to maintain and update critical paths, monitoring delays, cancellations and identifying any other possible issues which could lead to disappointment of partners.
- Pulling warehouse and intake reports to feed into the critical path.
- Monitoring deliveries into partners, ensuring that the partners’ criteria is met and that the life cycle of a product is seen through from start
- finish.
- Ensuring options are live and visible on partners’ websites.
- Updating documentation to track when styles go live and how visible they are to customers. Carrying out analysis of how this is affecting sales and performance.
- Analysing best and worst sellers, by highlighting similarities and differences between own website and external partners’ sales as well as looking at how that looks different to the previous year.
- Identifying styles needing replenishment based on weeks cover, seasonality, and bestsellers.
- Understanding partners’ intake targets and working with the Assistant Merchandiser’s and the warehouse to hit them.
- Using Excel to produce ad hoc reports to help the team to understand partner performance quickly.

**About You**:
This role will suit someone currently working as a Merchandising Assistant/MAA or a graduate who is seeking an entry-level role. You’ll be someone who is analytical and self-driven, as well as being PC literate, particularly Excel. Ideally, you’ll be someone who has a passion for fashion.
