Lincolnshire Behaviour Support Role

Family Action is recruiting an Outreach Behaviour Specialist to work with children displaying distressed behaviour and provide advice and guidance to schools. As part of our BOSS team, you will work closely with schools and families to develop bespoke support plans and deliver training packages to promote positive behaviour change.

Job Description:

  • Coproduce support plans with schools and families to address distressed behaviours.
  • Deliver training packages to support schools and parents in managing distressed behaviours.
  • Contribute to the Inclusive Lincolnshire Strategy, promoting inclusion and reducing permanent exclusions.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with pupils displaying distressed behaviour.
  • Ability to manage caseloads, complete assessments and produce plans.
  • Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
