We are seeking an experienced Autocentre Manager to lead our team and drive success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a successful team.

As an Autocentre Manager at Mr Clutch Autocentres, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the company image, maximising volume to meet profit and financial targets, and ensuring the security of stock and monies. You will also be accountable for any losses and maintain company housekeeping standards.

The potential salary for this role is approximately £55,000 per year, based on industry standards and the requirements of the position. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an unrivaled bonus scheme, with average bonuses of around £15,000 per year, and some managers achieving up to £25,000 or more.
