We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in our Extra Care Scheme. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support service users with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
- Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality care
Requirements
- No prior social care experience is necessary, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential
- Ability to learn new skills and develop knowledge as part of a close-knit team
- Resilience and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
