About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Care Worker to join our team at Hazel End, located in Bishop's Stortford. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity, well-being, and independence.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing dignified personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting;
- Assisting with mealtime routines, ensuring our residents' nutritional needs are met;
- Offering emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering strong relationships based on trust and understanding;
- Participating in person-centered care planning, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure individualized care plans meet each resident's unique needs;
- Contributing to a safe and respectful environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and security.
