Vision for Education is looking for a motivated Trainee Teaching Assistant to join our team in Cheltenham.

The Job

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will be working with children aged 5-11 in a SEND school, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing 1-1 support to children with SEMH needs
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Helping to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEND children
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of child development and behaviour management

Salary Details:

  • Estimated salary: £80-£100 per day (£16,000-£20,000 per annum)
