SF Recruitment is working with a growing organisation in Birmingham to find an experienced HR Business Partner. This role offers the chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to ensuring alignment of HR direction/projects to meet business needs. The successful candidate will provide professional HR support and deliver all aspects of HR, including policies and practices, recruitment, performance management, reward, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing a HR Advisor and HR Coordinator
  • Collaborating with the management team on organisational design
  • Developing and reviewing company policies and procedures
  • Leading local TUPE and redundancy projects
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues
  • Supporting the implementation of performance management systems and guiding managers for staff development
  • Identifying training needs and running in-house training courses as required
  • Overseeing monthly payroll for accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinating and advising on implementing salary reviews
  • Managing HR projects such as developing new systems, tools, and processes
Required Skills:
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Line management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management
Compensation Package:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £60,000 and additional benefits. Regular travel to our Nottingham site once/twice a month is also involved.
