HR Advisor required on a 6 month contract basis for this established beauty business in the Tamworth area.

Our client has built an outstanding reputation as a market leader in their field and they have experienced a sustained period of commercial growth. They are now recruiting for an experienced, multi-skilled HR Advisor to join their team on a 6 month contracted basis.

Responsibilities with include:

- Providing first line professional Employee Relations advice on a full range of HR matters including case management, redundancy and change programmes.
- Undertake and support casework including discipline, capability, absence and grievance. Guide and advise managers in line with policies and best practice.
- Support establishment of positive working relationships with managers to assist in the provision of a high quality HR service.
- Provide on site support where necessary.
- Responsible for maintaining and interrogating the employee records system, producing reports and identifying trends and issues.

This role will be Employee Relations orientated and will support employees and managers with ad hoc queries.

You will need considerable experience at HR Advisor level. A CIPD qualification or working towards is required along with multi-level employee relations experience.

Assignment rate: up to £160 per day

Please note this is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and may require occasional national travel. The office is not accessible by public transport.
