Are you an experienced professional in the highways or construction sector looking to share your knowledge and skills with others?

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our Talent and Performance team as a Highways Trainer, working with our highways, transport, and environments teams to deliver high-quality learning and development.

As a Learning and Development Support Officer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering essential training, maintaining your understanding of occupational procedures and best practice, and completing reviews of training programmes.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging technical training to non-technical colleagues. If you have a passion for upskilling our colleagues and a knack for explaining complex procedures, we would love to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a highways, construction, or transport role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging technical training.
