Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team in Louth. This full-time role involves providing one-on-one and group support to students with SEND in both primary and secondary age groups.

About the Opportunity:

This role requires a commitment to enhancing the independence and confidence of students with special educational needs. We are looking for an individual with experience working with students with SEND, particularly within primary and secondary school settings. A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement strategies to enhance students' independence and confidence in academic and social settings
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEND

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) and be familiar with strategies and techniques for supporting students with a range of needs, including autism, dyslexia, and emotional/behavioral difficulties.
