We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Planning and Reporting Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Finance Business Partners and Senior Reporting Accountant with the production of weekly and monthly financial reports and general management accounts duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the production of financial reports and general management accounts duties
- Complete reconciliations and maintain records for budget monitoring and forecasting
- Investigate variances and help maintain the finance systems
- Build relationships within the finance team and resolve queries with non-finance specialists
- Work at pace with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- AAT level 4 qualification or CIMA/ACCA part-qualified
- Proficient in using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proven experience of making recommendations to decision-makers through analysis of financial information
