About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Youth Residential Management Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our residential home, ensuring that we provide high-quality care and support to our residents. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
* Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our services meet the needs of our clients.
* Conduct regular quality control checks, audits, and other regulatory duties to maintain high operational standards.
* Collaborate with external agencies and partners to promote our services and achieve strategic objectives.
* Provide training and development opportunities to staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing children's residential homes or similar settings.
* Must hold (or be willing to obtain) Registered Manager status for Children's Residential Homes.
* A solid understanding of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and other relevant child care legislation.
* Experience in managing staff, providing training, and fostering team development.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
* Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
