Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Planner at Lanpro, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering planning advice on planning applications and projects
  • Developing commercial management skills and contributing to business development
  • Managing key projects and ensuring timely delivery
  • Reviewing work of other professional staff and supervising team members as required
  • Building and consolidating networks within the industry to enhance understanding and knowledge of expertise
  • Preparing and submitting planning applications, conducting research, and undertaking comprehensive planning appraisals

Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with all stakeholders involved in the planning process and negotiating positive outcomes for the client.

You will work closely with the project manager to identify and agree any additional work required and ensure that projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
