Driver Intervention Coach

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Driver Intervention Coach. In this vital role, you will be working closely with customers to educate them on safe driving practices, helping them to improve their driving behaviour and reduce the risk of accidents.
As a member of our Driver Success Team, you will be responsible for providing critical and educational intervention for customers, identifying customer demographics, establishing customer contact, and ensuring customer and business needs are met. You will also be expected to maintain business standards, policies, and procedures, and liaise with other areas of the business to ensure customer needs are met.

About the Role:
* Provide critical and educational intervention for customers
* Assist and support customers through conversations about their excessive speeding and overall driving behaviour
* Identify customer demographics to ensure outbound calls are completed as part of the risk management process
* Establish customer contact via various means of communication
* Ensure customer and business needs are met
* Maintain business standards, policies, and procedures
* Liaise with other areas of the business to ensure customer needs are met
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Positive 'can do' attitude
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
* Demonstrated patience and empathy
* Excellent customer service skills, incorporating a confident and pleasant telephone manner
* Previous Insurance or Financial Services Industry experience
* Previous Customer Service experience
