We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SENDCoordinator to join our team at Shorefields. As a SENDCo, you will be responsible for leading the provision of Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) services across the school. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing SEND teams and developing strategies to improve outcomes for students with SEND. They will be able to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure that students receive the best possible education. A strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and the ability to apply this in practice are essential.

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the school offers a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a comprehensive induction program.

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Special Educational Needs or a related subject;
  • Experience of working in a school setting, preferably in a leadership role;
