About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Transaction Coordinator to join our Real Estate team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work efficiently with our conveyancers to process sales reservations from house builder clients.

The role involves working closely with our administrative team to ensure new home sales transactions are completed smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills in a fast-paced and dynamic sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing all new home sale reservations received from house builder clients, receiving workflow and instructions from our admin team leader.
  • Ensuring that sale reservation forms are processed correctly and efficiently through our case management system, and within strict KPI deadlines.
  • Creating and sending initial letters, sale contracts, and accompanying documentation.
  • Liaising with our client's sales teams regarding reservation forms, as required.
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

This role is based in our Bristol office with the opportunity for some home working. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
