  • Customer Service: Maintain customer retention through first-class service, resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently, and drive consistency within internal teams.
  • Visual Merchandising: Apply company briefs to maintain high visual standards, attract customers with latest visual techniques, and ensure new products and advertised items are displayed correctly.
  • Training & Development: Develop existing team members, hold regular training meetings, and prioritize management development using in-house training.

About You:

  • Experience: Retail management experience is advantageous.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
