As the Head of Industrial Relations, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and implementing the UK Industrial relations strategy and policies for our clients.

Salary

\

The estimated daily rate for this position is £600-£840, with a contract length of 3 months and a full-time working pattern. Our client offers a competitive compensation package, taking into account the location and industry standards.

Job Description

\

As the Head of Industrial Relations, your primary responsibilities will include:

\
  • \
  • Developing and implementing the UK Industrial relations strategy for all colleagues\
  • Owning all colleague policies for UK colleagues, leading changes to support business needs and compliance\
  • Acting as a credible advisor to the organisation on the development of policies for the future\
  • Managing Union relationships for UK, including negotiation, consultation, and communication at all UK forums\
  • Working collaboratively with peers across all teams, markets, and subsidiaries to achieve the best outcomes for our organisation and colleagues\
  • Supporting the broader People Team strategy and contributing to making a positive impact\
  • Be a supportive leader, ensuring our team members are developed and encouraged to reach their full potential\
  • Lead by example and drive a culture of continuous growth and improvement within the organisation\
  • Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration between departments\\/ul>\

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • \
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Industrial relations and colleague policies\
  • A proven track record of successfully managing Union relationships and collective consultations\
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills\
  • Ability to advise the organisation through change activity\
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach to work\
  • Integrity and a commitment to acting with due diligence\\/ul>\
