About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Systems Engineer to join our team at Sysco Productions. As a key member of our production engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of technical quality in our AV installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement AV systems that meet the requirements of our clients, working closely with the design engineering team to ensure seamless integration.
  2. Develop and maintain technical specifications and documentation, including schematics, layout drawings, and operation & maintenance manuals.
  3. Support new business proposals by evaluating design solutions and attending client design and project meetings.
  4. Collaborate with the project delivery team to ensure timely delivery of AV installation projects, monitoring progress and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  5. Provide engineering support to the service department for upgrade works and work closely with the design department to share skills and knowledge.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in an engineering discipline, a minimum of 1 year industry experience in engineering bespoke AV systems, and strong CAD skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, as well as a good understanding of IT and networks.
