About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning & Test Engineer to join our Operations Team at Sysco Productions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and undertaking testing and commissioning of audio/visual systems to ensure their compliance with Production Engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute testing and commissioning of AV systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and Production Engineering documentation.
  • Work under the supervision of the Project Manager, agreeing work schedules and approach, and keeping them informed of progress.
  • Liaise with external media agencies to ensure media delivery in agreed formats for playback hardware.
  • Create and maintain IP and Media Matrices for projects, enabling accurate O&M documentation.
  • Assist the Service Team in closing open fault cases on client sites.
Person Specification
  • Strong experience in AV equipment setup, testing, fault finding, and installation.
  • Technical knowledge of AV systems, preferably gained in a similar industry.
  • Organized, flexible, and confident in meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience with networks and audio/visual systems, including configuration and installation of AV video systems.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and possession of a CSCS/ECS card.
  • Ability to work to high standards, with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
