Electro Mechanical Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electro Mechanical Field Service Engineer to join our team at ACS Performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of customer equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, service, and repair customer equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers and Team Leaders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Attend and pass necessary product or skills training programs to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Travel to customer sites, including city locations, to provide on-site support.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed correctly and returned within the required timeframe.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle stock inventory.
Requirements:
  • Previous engineering or technical support experience in the digital cinema sector is ideal, but not essential.
  • Knowledge and experience of Sony cinema equipment is highly desirable, with training provided for the right candidate.
  • Experience with working on theatre management content systems is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Electrical/electronic engineering or practical experience, including the ability to read circuit diagrams and understanding of 3-phase electrics.
