**About the Role**
As a Care Support Specialist with Newcross Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**
- Providing person-centered care and support to clients, tailored to their individual needs.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Preparing nutritious meals and maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
- Encouraging social interaction and community engagement.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns.

Requirements:
