The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working in social care, with a strong desire to create positive outcomes for individuals with learning disabilities.

Key responsibilities include providing therapeutic care and support, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining accurate records. A current Enhanced DBS and the right to work in the UK are essential requirements.

As an experienced Adult Learning Disability Support Worker, you will be able to develop effective relationships with service users and their families, while contributing to a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

You will receive comprehensive training and support from our specialist consultant, ensuring your success in this fulfilling role.
