Cera Care is seeking a Supportive Home Assistant to join our team in the Abertilly area. As a Home Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, cooking and preparing meals, and helping with domestic tasks. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized care and support.
