Role Overview

Nursery Practitioner - Starting January 2025

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to join our team as Nursery Practitioners. With a growing demand from nursery schools for both permanent and short-term placements, we need skilled individuals to meet the needs of this exciting and rewarding sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement creative and engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to promote children's learning and development.
  • Progress Monitoring and Assessment: Observe, monitor, and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and developmental milestones.
  • Fostering Relationships: Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families through open and effective communication.
  • Safeguarding Practices: Ensure all safeguarding practices are understood and implemented effectively to create a safe and nurturing environment.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
