About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef to join our kitchen team at The Marine Hotel, a beautiful Kentish coastal retreat located in the picturesque town of Whitstable. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food production
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Collaborate with our events team to create bespoke dining experiences for weddings, meetings, and other events
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
