We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children's home in the Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the residential home, ensuring safe and nurturing care for our young clients.

Your primary focus will be on managing safeguarding children and young people, risk, and service governance, while collaborating with commissioners, local authorities, and health practitioners to ensure high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for safeguarding children and young people, risk, and service governance
  • Working with local authorities and health practitioners to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Ensuring that young people have access to services meeting their health, education, social, psychological, and emotional needs and wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in children's residential care
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory/management role
