About the Role

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and experience working with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for optimization and developing solutions to address these challenges
  • Providing guidance and support to operational teams to ensure smooth execution of daily and weekly tasks
  • Building relationships with internal partners to drive standardization of processes and improve communication
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' experience in operations or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams of 6+ people
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and transportation principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making
