Job Title: Training Co-Ordinator

Home Instead West Lancashire and Chorley is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Co-Ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our care professionals, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our care professionals and align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate training records for all staff members.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to care professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and legislative requirements to ensure our training programs are current and compliant.
Requirements:
  • 2 years minimum professional experience in the Care Sector.
  • Experience of training delivery and a relevant teaching qualification.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care vocational qualification or equivalent.
  • Functional Skills (Maths & English) at Level 2 minimum.
