Job Summary

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with us as an Engine Technician, responsible for ensuring that engines are properly cleaned and inspected to meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remove and separate gearboxes from engines
  • Remove engine ancillaries
  • Prepare engines ready for sale, including checking quality and testing that they are in good working order
  • Image engines
  • Use our bespoke computer system to add the engines to our inventory system
  • Wrap the engines ready for sale
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good knowledge of vehicle engines
  • A basic set of tools and impact gun
  • Good computer skills, with the ability to adapt to our bespoke parts software
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a competent and efficient manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and multi-task methodically
