The Role
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and enhancing our brand presence in the EMEA region. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, building and managing relationships with independent distributors, and creating compelling content for various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and market trends.
- Build and manage strong relationships with independent distributors in the EMEA region.
- Manage the creation of compelling content for digital, print, and social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Develop and manage the marketing value of sponsorship/strategic partnership agreements.
- Develop a local plan for exhibitions and industry events, measuring the impact and effectiveness of educational programs and events using KPIs.
- Create PR and Social Media content that resonates with the local target audience, reflecting the unique cultural and market nuances of the countries.
Requirements:
- Marketing experience within Professional Audio, Music, Theatre, or Cultural Arts is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred) or Professional Qualification (CIM Dip).
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global and cross-functional team environment.
