Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and enhances our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that align with global objectives and market trends.
• Build and manage strong relationships with independent distributors in the EMEA region.
• Manage the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Develop and manage the marketing value of sponsorship/strategic partnership agreements.
• Develop a local plan for exhibitions and industry events in alignment with global events strategy.
• Create PR and Social Media content that resonates with the local target audience.

Requirements

• B Hons degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred) or Professional Qualification (CIMDip).
• Marketing Management experience within Professional Audio, Music, Theatre or Cultural Arts is essential.
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global and cross-functional team environment.
