Administrative Assistant

**Job Summary**
Thrive Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Private Client Department in Warminster. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, including drafting legal documentation and correspondence
* Manage client files, including opening and closing files, and maintaining accurate records
* Handle digital dictation and copy typing, as well as sorting and prioritizing mail, emails, and messages
* Liaise with clients and internal departments via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
* Manage fee earners' diaries and perform ad-hoc duties as required
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in a secretarial role, with a preference for legal experience
* Excellent IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
* Fast and accurate typing skills
* First-rate communication skills at all levels
