Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 3 finance staff, leading, coaching and mentoring them.
  • Prepare statutory accounts, management accounts, and budgets.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and MIS.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • A qualified accountant with significant experience in finance and leadership roles.
  • Strong IT skills, especially Excel and MIS systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with shareholders and management teams.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Salary:£60,000 - £65,000 (negotiable), plus benefits, including flexible working arrangements, 26 days' holiday plus statutory holidays, and 37.5 hours per week.
