Job Title: Warehouse Deployment Specialist

Wincanton is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Deployment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for warehouse management systems (WMS) and related applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WMS and related applications
  • Work with end users, vendors, and internal teams to ensure optimal performance and functionality of WMS and related applications
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to WMS and related applications
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to third-level support or vendors as needed
  • Document and update support procedures, knowledge base articles, and user guides
  • Monitor and maintain the health and availability of WMS and related applications
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, patches, and audits
  • Test and validate new features, enhancements, and fixes for WMS and related applications
  • Train and assist end users on how to use WMS and related applications effectively and efficiently
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in providing technical support for WMS and related applications
  • Strong knowledge of WMS and related applications, such as Manhattan, Oracle
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to WMS and related applications
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
