About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Member to join our team at Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. As a Care Team Member, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, working together to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include working as part of a care team to deliver evidence-based interventions to service users with mental health problems. You will be responsible for developing and practicing therapeutic care skills, making a significant contribution to service users' psychological, emotional, and social well-being.

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary range of £22,499 - £28,660 per annum, depending on experience. The estimated salary for this role is £24,500-£27,250 per annum, based on a 37.5-hour week, and including London weighting if applicable.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate an understanding of how mental health issues can affect people, as well as experience of working as a healthcare support worker in a clinical team. You should also possess the ability to communicate in written and verbal English to a high standard and basic numeracy skills.
