Join our dynamic team of anaesthetic practitioners and contribute to the development of our department. As a key member of the multi-disciplinary theatre team, you will participate in planning, delivering, evaluating and implementing the highest possible level of anaesthetic services.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes holiday entitlement, pension scheme, life assurance, and access to a range of NHS discounts. We also offer opportunities to develop your skills and specialty-based knowledge, contributing to the overall effectiveness of Theatres at Salisbury Foundation Trust.
To be successful in this role, you will need good understanding of theatre practice, ability to plan and care for a group of patients in an acute environment, and committed to patient centred care. We also require ILS and PILS skills and experience of having worked within a number of anaesthetic specialities.
We are an acute Trust, rated "Good" by the CQC, with a track record of high performance providing regional and super regional specialist services. We have about 470 beds and employ over 4000 staff.
