Business Intelligence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the generation, analysis, and presentation of data to support business decision-making and performance management.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence, with experience in managing SQL data warehouses, ETL processes, and reporting systems. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop solutions for monitoring performance and enhancing the understanding of operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our SQL data warehouse, including ETL processes for external data sources.
- Develop and implement reporting systems to support business decision-making.
- Work with the finance team to maintain and improve their existing Interactive P&L and Balanced Scorecard dashboards.
- Represent the Business Intelligence function in internal and external meetings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior data position, analyzing and reporting business results and KPIs.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack, including SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services, Power BI, and PowerShell scripting.
- Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and local and cloud Power BI hosting.
