The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and reports, as well as participate in regular training and development activities.

In this role, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of £23.00-£29.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and a company pension scheme.
