Job Title: Team Lead, Warehouse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Warehouse team at DSV. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of warehouse operatives to achieve business targets and objectives
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accurate stock movements
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a warehouse environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies
